Baghdad Precast Factory
A 301.8 kWp rooftop plant designed, built and operated by Tanweer. It runs alongside the grid and the factory's diesel generators under a hybrid controller, with provision for battery storage.
Solar energy costs the factory less per kilowatt-hour than diesel generation, so the plant lowers its operating costs as well as its emissions.
